RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you receive a product that is expired, short-dated, damaged, or has any defects, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please inspect all products and expiration dates before opening the bottles.

Please do not throw away your items until you have contacted a customer service specialist. To have this issue resolved in the most time efficient manner, we ask that you contact a customer service representative.

In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product you received that was damaged, defective or incorrect
  • Whether you prefer refund or replacement

* Please note: We do not ship outside of the continental U.S. Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are also excluded from our shipping policies.
